Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automation sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial automation sales, team leadership, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial automation products
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors like water treatment, power, and data centers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators
- Handle key accounts and large-value projects
- Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution-based selling
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in industrial automation sales (PLC, SCADA, IIoT, networking)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle B2B sales cycles and technical discussions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Phoenix Contact, etc.
- Exposure to panel builders, EPC contractors, and OEMs
- Strong network in industrial sectors
