Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automation sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial automation sales, team leadership, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial automation products
  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors like water treatment, power, and data centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators
  • Handle key accounts and large-value projects
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution-based selling
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in industrial automation sales (PLC, SCADA, IIoT, networking)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to handle B2B sales cycles and technical discussions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Phoenix Contact, etc.
  • Exposure to panel builders, EPC contractors, and OEMs
  • Strong network in industrial sectors
