Job description

• Analyzes communication needs of customer and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems.

• Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.

• Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and ensure all customer needs are addressed.

• Prepare Performa sales invoice, quotations & also check cash receipts of customers.

• Also need to be focus on following points:-

• Making Sales order,

• Quotation Follow up,

• Sales order checking,

• Mail the material status as well as Proforma to customers,

• Making Delivery note.
